Have 1986 mod 4000s. Car has been in storage for about 2 yrs. Installed new fuel pump which runs ok. Car starts right away and races for about 3 seconds and then dies. Looking at the voltage at the pump terminal, voltage comes up when ignition key comes on then drops off. Car starts as mentioned above and voltage returns to the pump terminal untill just after the engine dies and then drops off. Have no manuals on this car. does anybody have any guidence on this problem? Thank you in advance for any help you can give
