Whats up everybody. I may have a problem.
Bone Stock 2000 A6 2.7T Tip Quattro 70K miles
It has been rainig for a few days out here in CA. I was driving last night and noticed a whinning sound like there was a ghost in my car. Whooooooh . . . whooooooooooh. I pulled over and popped the hood. I heard a popping or knocking sound like water in the engine or something. I drove the car home and when I got home it was fine. This morning it didnt make any noises and ran perfectly, as usual. No check engin lights or warning went on. I am stumped.
