There wouldnt be many specialty tools if you pull the parts off a factory car..... YOU WOULD BE DOING A FACTORY TO FACTORY SWAP.
Not everyone wants to sell their car. Some people become attached. It seems very dumb to sell a car just because you dont feel like doing a swap.... Its ok to me I guess. I would just do the swap. Unless you have ever personally done engine swaps, I dont see how you could debate it at all. It is not near as hard in most cases, as you may read on the net.
