not long ago i got this 2002 2.8l 30V Auto trans. with only 36,000 miles on it. Last week when I started a car it beeped an gave me CEL, OBD2 scanner shows P1815 - Pressure Control Solenoid 1 Short to B+, I believe it’s transition code coz on dashboard all of my transition positions is ON [PND12..] and my manual-gears (+/-) won’t work. I tried to delete code few times, but it keeps coming back in a min or so. CEL is ON and not flashing so I don’t think its that bad, but car runs like ****, must be some kind of limp mode. Short research on google before a came here didn’t help.
Hate dealers and before I go talk to auto mechanic and spent $$$ on him need some ideas and suggestion from you guys.
