maybe thats why your a/c isnt cold enough.
You should check that same pipe i posted the pic of ^ up there.
Theres a piece of metal right in front of the pipe which gives it like a half inch clearance. I gotta find a piece of rubber or something to put inbetween it.

Interdynamics makes a can with R-134a, lubricant and stop leak.
It also has a pressure guage. The system should have 25-45 psi indicated
when full. The can can only be connected to the low pressure
side. WalMart sells this 18 oz. can for $20.

mine is overpressurized a little (about 52 psi) how do i purge the system a little bit? i guess i could just push down the port on the low pressure side and shoot R134a out all over the place and that would work, but that doesnt seem like the safest method

Its gas, so I dont think it'll "spray" over you.
Thats what I would do but, better have someone else confirm that.
If you have a gauge, just connect it but not all the way. Screw it on to the point you hear gas coming out.
