The last few weeks have been a bit odd with my car.
Firstly i went round a corner quite quickly and then the airbag light came on. No airbags were released or anything, apparently something got dislodged and it needs to be replaced.
Secondly I was accellerating when the car started shaking and everything went jerky at higher revs.
I took it to the service guys (still under warranty) and they said it was a spark plug or engine misfire? What exactly does this mean and has there been any long term damage to my engine? They fixed it within a day - I'm getting the airbag fixed tomorrow.
The prob is i dont want to dislodge an airbag every time I go quick round a corner, and I dont want to be causing damage to the engine every time it gets into high revs! Is it likely to happen again? Has anyone else experienced these probs?
Thanks

I've had and still have problems with my 2006 A3 with 7k on it. Mine are all related to AC, overheating / electrical.
However, one of my co-workers had similar issue as you with the airbag and also with the car not realizing seatbelts were on and beeped continuously. Not sure if issues are linked, but service replaced some electrical cable harnesses-this was on an 06 A4,
