i looked at the second pic first and was about to say wheres the reast of it, better replace that soon, otherwise when it breaks there goes the alternator, PS and clutch fan.

Should I just go ahead and replace all the drive belts and timing belt? with 76k miles and I think the tensioner is the reason it split/cut, maybe that too? I found this... I think it looks pretty great.
