seriously pilates. try it. it helps with stamina. and try yoga to help you get flexible. (youll need it)

i'm actually doing yoga for the snow season. c'mon flips! (if u ever try em... u'll see where the flexibility plays in)

flexibility has nothing to do with flips. stop trying to "show off"

try it. try landing a flip on an awkward land. ur not gonna land em all clean unless ur pro. if ur not flexible, ur just gonna lose it. seriously try it

oh ok landing. i thought you were talking about rotation. i was a gymnast and flexibility never had anything to do with rotation.

lol, no, unless ur talking about a couple grabs some of the pros can do. no, but i'm sure flexability is helping me a bit with the flips, i'm only trying front right now, but i'm pretty sure it will help with the back, leaning right back and stuff (depending on how u go about it). Yeah, after a long time trying to land some sketchy flips (most all of em are) i decided that flexibility might help, being able to bring urself back from really awkward positions.
