Anyone ever put a 5w Luxeon for a tail light?

I was thinking about getting this one in white for the reverse lamps

It says it has a 220 degree beam angle but I wonder how it looks vs a normal 12v bulb? It seems like no one here sees when a car backs up in this state.

Looks like the first site only has 1157 bulbs this one has 1156
