Are Upper Guide Links/Control Arm Bushings covered under CPO?

Hello,
 
I have a CPO Audi A4 2002 3.0. I took my car into my original Audi Dealer in Las Vegas and was told that Control Arm Bushings and Guide Links are covered under the CPO.
 
I now live in California and have my A4 at the Santa Barbara Audi. They are saying that the part is not covered.
 
Any help here? Are theses parts still covered under CPO, the control arm bushings and guide links?

If the car has Audi Assured, then its covered.
