Who can help me? I have an Audi A3 1.8T 150pk 2002.
From the factory there was no radio buid-in the car. Now I would like to build-in an original radio/cd does any one know if this is possible? I heard that the climat control will have to be moved and that a radio like this one will not fit.

Is this correct and if so does any one know what radio would fit in my car? Thnxs

There was no radio in your car, that is very odd!  Then that means no speakers and no aerial.  For a 1.8T, the highest class of A3, I can't believe there was no radio in your car.  That would then mean no speakers, no aerial, no wiring?  Even the very ****test cars have radio's installed.

The climate control console is placed differently depending on radio console options, so you would have to get a new one of these too.

The car was bought without a radio from the dealer. The last owner told me that he bought a radio in the shop so no original one. Yes, the car has speakers everywhere so that is the strange part. Now I want to build in an original radio but I am not 100% sure if this will fit.

no radio from new on a 2002 ( I dont believe that for one moment ) because the wiring loom is integrated with the audio system

So the radio I mentioned above should fit without any problem?

I have a radio like the above that I took out of my 2002 1.8T to replace with an aftermarket one.  It is located at the top of the centre console.  I will check it when I am back home (in a few days).

I've checked my radio, and it is slightly different to your picture.  Mine has vertical sides whilst your looks to have some taper on them, so I'm not sure if it would fit.  The position of mine is below the harzard light switch, cup holder and ESP button and above the climate control console.
