AUDI AG MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT AND SALES EXECUTIVE SERVED WITH WARRANTS OF ARREST FOR COMPLEX CRIME OF ESTAFA THRU FALSIFICATION OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS AND BLATANT DECEIT.
This very revealing information will attest how a well-known German global corporate entity has abused its discretion by making False, Fraudulent and Untruthful representation to manipulate and abscond from its responsibilities in legitimate technical and commercial contracts with a private corporate entity, Auto Prominence Corporation (APC). Worst, Audi AG made various commitments to the Philippine government which has supported the launching and operation of Audi in the Philippines through APC.
In an open defiance, the members of the Board of Management of Audi AG and Sales Executive have arrogantly ignored the Court Order and are resorting to various legal machinations but to no avail.

..and futher more.. even if it is real (which I doubt).. it's for the Phillipines..

They speak Tagalog in the PI, sorta like a rilly crappy verson of Spanish/French/German, I believe: estafa-defraudation,-fraud
I'm guessing that, as long as none of them plan any group visits to the PI, as a corporate getaway, for instance, this'll all eventually dry up and blow away. The whole thing seems specious, at best. Maybe some PI lawyer or prosecutor trying to make a name for himself, locally. I mean, rilly, how many cars does Horch, oops, meant Audi
sell in the PI, anyway? Couple dozen a year? Couple a hundred..., MAYBE?

Yeah, it was a sunny day and the traffic was light, so I had to do a little better. Plus this one kinda shows the autobahn, so you guys would know I didnt just put the car up on blocks in the garage
Besides, 135 does our cars more justice than 115!

I miss the ABahn. A5 south to Switzerland... A67-60-671 from D'Stadt to Wiesbaden... A5 south to Karlsruhe, then the run uphill at Bergwald (Bergwald, talk about an appropriate name, huh?). A3 from Frankfurt to outr past Koln. Wide ass'd road, very little traffic... Cuttin in & out of traffic on the A6 towards K'town... A3 from Wurzburg to Frankfurt A.M. I once made it from Bamburg to Rhein Main in under 50 minutes. Of course it was 0430 and there was NOBODY out but me... Imagine, a traffic free highway. No speed limits. A 2-litre 16v turbo'd awd sports coupe with a 285km top end. Ahhh, the memories...
