Bluetooth

I am having continous problems with the bluetooth. I am using an LG phone on the approved list yet people are unable to hear me with alarming regularity. they have replaced some type of board twice, (after telling me I had no idea what I was talking about, it seems that if the computer does not say there is a problem then by golly there is not), they have now replaced the mic after my pleas. it works about 60% of the time.
 
is anyone else having this issue?

I would try a different phone.  Borrow a friends or something.  If their phone works all the time then the issue is with the phone not the car.
