Confirming a good deal

Hey guys, (you may have seen my previous post about the car) after talking with the dealer for a while he now decided to give me the A4 2005 Quattro Black on Black with 37K miles for around 20k (still in process of lowering it pretty much done deal). Originally it was like 25K then online deal was 23k and I still talked him down. I am ready to make the purchase do you guys think its a good deal? MY first Audi =D

I have a 2003 with 38k and I paid 16,800 for it a year and a half ago.. but the 2005 is a lot nicer looking, and has the USP

Sounds like a decent deal since it is a CPO, definately a good way to go with an Audi. Mine paid for itself in the first 3 weeks of having the car. Amze, it doesnt have the USP package, looks like it has the regular sport package though.
