connecting an ipod

i have a 2006 audi a4 2.0t frontrak (i know, no quattro) and wanted to connect my ipod so that i can listen to my music through the car. What would my options be? I don't want to change audio systems or do anything drastic, just adapters and simple things.

I know the dealership has an IPOD adaptor that uses the factory stereo.  Not sure if they have it available for your '06 a4.
