everything that adds any kind of performance to the car voids warranty

 

If you are warranty consicous, go with a socketed performance chip, you can just plug the stock chip back in when you go for service or a problem the warranty covers, they are much cheaper than exhaust, and for teh 30v they don't add quite as much hp as the turbo model, but still better than exhaust, i think its 12hp claimed improvement on most V6 chips.

the V6 give a great sound so i want a muffler for it because its areally good sound it gives.</P>

Yup, any performance mods take away the warranty, But i know that APR chip are not warrenty viod because i know they made a deal with audi and they made tests that would NOT void warrenty.</P>
