Dash is warping

I have a '96 and am starting to notice that my dash is peeling up at each corner next to the A pillar, my pass. airbag cover is doing the same thing. This looks like ****, how much do you think I could get a replacement dash for?

We too have a 96 who's dash is warping, curling up all around the windshield, a-pillars, and popping off below passenger airbag. Anybody have experience with adhesive or some other fix for this. I can't see any glue residue that has separated.
