hey guys...taking in the a4 for service...looks like problem with starter & or flywheel problems( Car has trouble starting,grinding noise)..question is..would audi give me a car for the day or two(complementary) ...I'm sure my problem is covered in the "audi certified series" warrenty..I know I'll need to pay 100$ for them looking @ the car..but would I be entitled in getting a lowner car for the time it get's fixed?? thankx!

We cant answer on your question. It all depends if you have a warranty/what kind warranty, if u gonna fix anything at the dealer, and prolly the biggest reason- what kind of dealership is that ( i mean small Audi delaer/ medium/or large). Your best bet is to call them and find out, Good Luck.

What year is your car? After 2004...Audi started cutting back on warranty perks like brakes, wiper blades, battery, complimentary loaner. My service advisor explained the whole list that they started cutting back on after the 2004 model year and its was a little more every year.
he said the BEST A4 you can buy is a low mileage 2004 with the Audi 100K warranty...and it makes sense.
I got a used 2003 a4 3.0 last year..it has 56000 km on the car..it came with the 2 year extra warrenty....I would assume that the certified series warrenty is pretty much like the factory warrenty....if it is the starter....would that be covered?

hey guys..well I got a phone call...the guy said it was the starter motor...& it will be covered under warrenty !!!!!!..just pay the deductable..100$$..hey anyone know the cost of a starter motor???
