Digital clock setting

Can someone please tell me how to set the digital clock and date on my car? And also how to program my garage door opener?

pull the knob. to set the hr, the display will flash turn knob to desired #. to set min, pull knob out till the minute display flashes and turn knob to #. to set date pull till day, mo, year, flash & do same. (its the knob closest to the display)
