If you havent, you should either weld a lip on the edges or atleast run a thin bead of jb weld.  If not, you can and will blow off that connection rather easy.

That looks hot! I have decided to do the same, but using a greddy plum back BOV.

Don't tempt me Jeff, I'll do it.  And don't worry cincy there isn't enough room where it is placed for the hoses to blow off. It would take probably 100psi to blow off.

Bishop...I give you A+ for creativity.  Never thought I would see that done and even a recurculation setup...I give you props.

Its been done more than a few times.  There is even a how to on passat world from years ago.

Wasn't someone on here running 40-45 psi with a mbc for a couple months?

No turbo that people on here run will make it to 40psi.  Jeff use to run around 30psi on his A4 back in the day, but thats it.

Do you remember I.D.s on these guys?
I can pull em off and check, but I'd rather just make the piece and unbolt the old stuff when I'm putting the piece in.
