Hi, I have an Audi A4 quattro,1998 I miss-placed my owners manual and while I was driving home today, the button on the dash that is for the rear fog light began blinking red. I have had trouble with the pump that controls the alarm/door locks (it went out last winter) and seem to have gremlins ever since. Does anyone know if this is related to the pump problem, or is it something more serious? Also, does anyone know where to buy a used or reconditioned pump? Audi wants $500.00+ for it, and as a student I cant afford this right now. Unfortuatley, I cant afford to buy anything else, so I am stuck with my Audi for now any help would be appreciated!

is the fog light doing the same ?? if so faulty switch
