forgot to turn off lights alarm (Headlights on Buzzer)

Hello,
I am New to the Forum, hope you all had a Merry christmas and wish you all the best for the new year.

Yes, I am here because I have a problem.
I have a `87 (B5) A4 1.8Turbo. 2WD, Sedan.
When I exit the car, and forget to turn off the lights,
there should be and alarm tone, but there is not.

I have looked under simialiar problems, but found no real answer
headlight / key chime not working or Headlight Buzzer Not working etc....

I can hit the Dashboard, and then it sounds.
Can anyone tell me where this Alarm is, so that I
can check the connection, and spray some contact cleaner on it?

I have removed the bottom part of the dashboard, but now it does not sound at all.
so I am having a hard time finding it.
