Gas Tank

My gas tank has 2 holes in it from up top, I had my sub box mounted down and they screwed down and hit the gas tank... I was wondering if theres any write ups on how to drop down the tank, or if someone can tell me how it's done. I couldn't find any using the search. Or if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it... Thanks!

Oh and it's a 97 A4 1.8T...
