how to improve gas mileage with 3.0L quattro

how can i improve my gas mileage i already have a k&n filter.what else can i do?

You would improve your gas mileage by not flooring the gas pedal.

I too have a 3.0L.  On the Freeway Im averaging 24-25 mpg.  What kind of improvement did you see with the K&N?
