I need to install a new computer where is it located.

Please help! I have a 1996 Audi Cabriolet which will not start. It has spark and gas but wont turn over. I purchased a new computer and need to install it. Could anyone tell me where it is located in the 1996 Cabriolet or post the schematic for it? Thanks for the help. Kent

If it's like an A4, under hood , in front of steering wheel to driver's side of the battery.
