Is there any difference between the lip spoilers from ebay than the oem?

i found this one on ebay, but i want to make sure is the same size from the oem anyone .???....

Have you looked closely at the ones from Audi.  They seem thicker and wider (front to back).  I'd spend a lottle more and get the right one.

where can i get an oem lip spoiler besides the dealership

No one can tell the difference unless you're an enthusiast. I went for the ebay one as it only cost 50$ as opposed to hundreds + installation. I normally don't cheap out on car parts but am very happy with my purchase.

I bought that same one from eBay and I'm very happy with it...It's an easy installation and you just bend it to the shape of the trunk.  Looks great (not as thick as the OEM, but looks great from the view of a car following you, you can't tell the difference in my mind).

I somewhat agree with jeijet in saying go to ebay. Just be sure you get it from someone that sells many AUDI parts. There are ALOT of people out there that will sell you front end lips that are universal fit and they really dont look good. Same goes for intake on ebay, they will sell you s chrome pipe with a filter and send you on your way... and well... theres more but I wont blab my mouth too long.. lol. Just be careful if you go EBAY. Try just searching around online and see if anything catches your eye. many performance sites will show the part on the actual car... compared to EBAY where a lot of the time they have a picture of just the item

Forgot to say it too, but the color match they did was exact (I have a Silver B6).  It fit the trunk perfectly as well.  It's all up to you though.

I was looking at getting the same one from eBay also, but was a bit skeptical of the fit. **JeitJet can you send me some pics of yours mounted on your car?? Or anyone who has purchased one from eBay......

Another thing... if you end up buying that one off ebay. I would proabably reccomend getting it unpainted and then take it to a good shop to get professionally done. The last thing you want is their CHEAP paint to peal off and then you have to yank that **** off your trunk to get painted again

I am in the same predicament and can't decide what to do...I would like the better quality OEM spoiler since it's thicker and most likely better quality...has anyone bought one from the dealership to know how much it costs?

I bought mine on Ebay also.  I offered 20 less then they wanted and accepted it right away.  cost me around $40 shipped and the color matched exactly.

I also have the light silver A4 (see pics in previous post)...I can get some more pics and more clear pics (day-time pics) today for you.  The color match was fantastic and I haven't had any problems with it staying in place.  It just took a buddy and me to bend it into place and the 3M adhesives on the bottom work like a charm.

Yeah I've seen that guy on Ebay...new pictures would be very helpful.

has anybody had an experience with buying one in the dolphin grey color? i have a dophin grey '05 A4 2.0tq and want to make sure this color works well

That would be awesome...just trying to justify spending less money on an ebay lip and make sure i'll be comfortable doing so.
