Nice car!
My trusty old Honda Accord (1992) was showing its age and since I recently graduated college, I was in a position to upgrade to something slightly better. Well, I upgraded, but not just slightly... this car is far better than I envisioned! Then again, I had fantasized about owning an Audi since I was a little boy and saw one in one of those advertisment catalogs, circa 1990.
I had looked at 6-8 different cars: Audi A4s, Nissan Maxima, Acura TL, and a few more. The A4s were by far the best to drive (though the Acura was pretty damn luxurious on the inside though, almost got that).
I bought the Audi against friends' recommendations because the parts and service are supposedly really expensive. So I've decided that I'd learn to do it myself as an investment in my own skillset
,as well as an investment in my future audi - this car makes me want a brand new one! But I guess that'll have to wait until a stroke of luck in the stock market.
I'll be posting my experiences and problems in due course.... just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

I've had my 96 A4 V6 for about a year and a half now. It is awesome. Good luck!

12v love baby, welcome to the forum. You'll love your Audi until you sit shotgun in an S4, then you'll want two turbo's. hehehe
