My god, screw having a lambo that has no saftey, also if its in the middle east as it looks like in the pics,those people have too much money and crash way too many nice cars, but if its in russia as the writing indicates, i bet those two owners feel pretty pissed.

Looks more like a former Soviet Union province.  Possibly one of the northern Xxxxstan countries.  Most of their languages are similar to Russian and they have similar complexions in relationship to the Middle eastern countries.

It looks like Doha, Qatar. I was deployed there for 6 months in '04, the building styles are similar and also there are palm trees, you dont find those in Russia. Russians also don't look middle eastern like those police were. Those rich oil tycoons in Qatar had every car you could imagine, it was ridiculous.
