LLTEK CHIP?

Lltek came out with their own chip called "turbo tuner" for the 1.8T and 2.0T.  Lltek claims to produce a 40 to 50 hp and 50 to 60ft-lbs of torque gain, it has a tranfer factor which they say you can use on a 01 A4 and a 03 A3 2.0T.  This sounds all good to be true.  If this is the case why wouldn't the leadings performance chips (APR, GIAC, and REVO) came out with this? Let me know wat you think 

i heard about it but it sounds stupid and fake
how can it alter two different engines wit different displacements and fuel mapping
and it looks like those lame EBAY things
