it's been six days since i've ordered my HID kit. i added them to MSN to find out where it is, check it out:

hah. think i'll ever buy from them again? my order is going to be an empty box or something broken, then they're going to charge me $45 to re-send a working kit.

i wish i hadn't ever ordered from them in the first place. what a big mistake, companies like this are sketchy as ****.

dude it took 2 weeks to recieve mine because they asked for my phone number but i didn't give it to them. it was a long devastating wait but i've had no problems with my kit. i didn't really expect the shipping to be really fast anyways becaue i've ahd experience with shipingoverseas

You're going to get your kit and love it and forget all about this minor unpleasantness.  If I ever do my fogs, I'll order from VVME again.

no news about it since the 12th. great

many have ordered from vvme before, myself included. havent had any problems, shipping is very quick for coming from china.

Next time, or to anyone planning on getting a kit from them, find the vvme distributor on eBay. I ordered from him and received mine in a week and a half no problem.

ctown, i heard they're worse about ebay orders haha... that's why i ordered from their website.

I ordered from vvme and for some reason they never got to my house and they tried to charge me an extra $40 for shipping. I said no way and then bought from their ebay name, flashplus, and at no point during the shipment did my tracking number work. Its frustrating but you'll get it eventually. Maybe. Actually, its like 50/50. Eh, 70/30.

i'd rather not have that uncertainty. **** that.

Can't really blame you man - I know there's a lot of people ordering from them, and many have no issues (other than the long shipping time) but it still does seem that they have a lot of complaints about dealing with them overall, more than they should at any rate.

wow maybe i got lucky but i had no problems with the shipping # and it only took the HIDs 4 days to get to me on the east coast :)

You tend to only hear the negative side of it because people want to vent.
I love my vvme kit. Got it from Flashplus on ebay. Works great. 
 
Did take way to long to get though.

Mine was fine when i first got them.  Then a ballast started shorting when it got cold. = paying 35 bux for a new ballast even though its there fault.  No gurantees on the new one either so it better work, thats what you get for not checking the return policy.  The other thing that sux is that no one you ever talk to is english, when i look at the e-mails ive sent them my carbon copy that is sent back to me from them with their reply has my words and then chinese characters next to it haha.
 
Even with the new ballast im having to pay for, its still way cheaper than most kits so w/e, just as long as this replacment ballast works.

mine got here. 11 days ain't bad, but it got to kentucky from china in 4 days and then got lost lol 

I got mine off of their eBay store, I got it in 6 days (including the weekend.) When I got them, they even packed in a packet of SARS and Chicken Flu!

its hit or miss, they do lots of business.. mine came in 5 days un broken and still kicking like a year and a half later
