London Subway/Bus Bombings

Just got a report of coordinated bombings in London on the Underground/Bus system. Not too many details yet here in the states.
Seems that it could be aimed at disrupting the G8 summit.


This saddens me so much and brings back such terrible memories of 9/11. My sympath to all in London...

From CNN website - At least four near simultaneous explosions rocked London's rush hour today, killing several people and injuring at least 160 in what Prime Minister Tony Blair said was an apparent terror attack. The blasts coincide with a meeting of G8 leaders in Scotland and come one day after London was announced as the host city for the 2012 Summer Olympics.

My sister-in-law and her boyfriend live there. Fortunately they are here in the states visiting me this week. Fvcking terrorists, I hope they all rot in hell.

Lucky i wasn't in work today, several of my mates and their relatives are up there at the moment. Trouble contacting them as the cell networks are jammed up.

Quite a few people have been killed and possible hundreds injured. Not a nice affair.

Everything points to Islamic terrorists at present.

Four explosions in London's transport system have killed at least 40 people and wounded dozens more in what Prime Minister Tony Blair said was an apparent terrorist attack. A group calling itself the "Secret Organization group of al-Qaeda Organization in Europe" claimed responsibility in a Web site posting. The authenticity of the claim could not immediately be verified.

And to think, some pussies were were bashing bush for invasion,and thought it wasnt necesary, look where it got us.

Terrorists? They will never understand negotiation or reason. They are killers of women, children, mosque attendees, whatever. But they do understand a muzzle flash! Let us keep finding them, and killing them!

I wonder what the Al Q chaps thought they were going to accomplish?
The British are probably made of sterner stuff than the Spanish. (No offense to Spanish people, but it's safe to say that unlike Spain, Britain will not allow itself to be perceived as caving in)

Note that one of the bombs was in a predominantly muslim area. There will have been muslim casualties, and the British muslim community are condemning the attack as well.

It's a shame what happened over there. i hate to hear about things like this. I really am not going to get started on a rant about this, cause I don't want all the emotions running back.

ALL Muslims should be condemming these types of attacks. This sort of "warfare," and I use the term loosely, AND hesitantly, contravenes EVERYTHING that Islam is/means/stands for.

such a friggin' scary world we live in...never know what can happen as soon as we walk out of our houses...or even in our own house which we think is safe....so sad..

An intense police hunt is under way in Britain for terrorists behind a string of bombings on London's transport system that killed at least 37 people and wounded 700 early today. Investigators have not yet said whether they believe the bombers left explosives on three trains and a bus or mounted suicide attacks.

Oh yea during the war back home when arabi's came to "help" out and hey brought their wives with them, so the wives would be walkin' and me and my friends used to call them ninja's because they all dressed up and sh!t cant see a part of their body sometimes even their eyes, and my neighbor got slapped because he was walking with his G/F holding hands and she had skirt on. after few months a lot of people were beating them up or killing them because they were trying to take over our lives and how we been living for a long Ass time

Many westerners misconstru cultural aspects of the Mid-East with Islam. They are not always one and the same.
