Hi people, i'm from Portugal and today i have take my 1996 Audi A6 2.5 TDI to anual inspection.
They detected a problem my car take off a little smoke compared to the normal's TDI's.
But they passed the car anyway cause the car is still great.
They said to take a view of Diesel Injector Pump OR Turbo OR Injector's Headers.
Pessoaly i don't detect any problem he runs well, its full of energy.
But i see the smoke white sometimes grayed and little black sometimes.
What i have to do to remove this smoke?
Greatings,

if its under fairly hard acceleration white smoke it good.... means its a complete burn...
black smoke means too much fuel thats not getting burnt...
personally i wouldnt worry about it... it should smoke a little of both... nothing unusual
