My A4 wont start!

Hey All,
Im not sure anyone can help but i have an A4 whose warranty just ended(ive extended my lease a few months). I drove my car a couple days ago and it was fine. Yesterday, when i went to unlock my car, nothing happened. Only the hazards lights blinked twiced. i did this a couple times and again nothing happened. I manually opened the drivers door and inserted the key and the car cranked, but it didnt fire.  I could hear the spark plug go but nothin happened. The key fob is the original and I never had an issue before. Anyone have any ideas!!!!

Try re-initializing your key. It's in your manual or there are plenty of post about how to do it. I can't remember off hand.

Is your Car battery good?    When you try to start the car does the immobolizer flash  on the instrument cluster?

if the immobiliser was flashing it most likely would fire. and die 3 seconds later. i had this happen to me..... try cranking your car. and pull the plugs and see if they have fuel on them. or smell like fuel. also... at the back of the fuel bar there is a black cap... pull it off and push in the schrader valve. (like a bicycle tire) and see if fuel squirts out. also check fuses

Thank for the reply. Im thinking right now thats its the battery.. so i went to get a new battery and am trying to figure out how to the dam mounting bracket out?  Anyone know how to do this?
