my photoshop stuff - Page 3

i learned the basics of the program from tutorials and such, but i just messed around it on enough to develope my own ways of doing things and stuff. i;ve never taken a class or anything

i've got some ideas for my car..... if you're bored sometime you want to do some shopping for me? simple stuff not as complex as your first few, those are pretty much the coolest thing i have ever seen.

damn cookie those are ridiculous and i mean that in a good way. i have never seen anything like that nor did i know it was possible. i wouldnt mind you doing a sig for me if you got a chance... but anyways yeah ridiculous job

the latest version of photoshop is 7.0 and cs2... free ones ? no.. atleast not legally

use "The Gimp" its free.....or buy something that comes with a photshop elements to try it out.....

Mmmm your shading and free hand is excelent. do u use high DPI mouse or do you have a pad & pen? if you dont mind me asking. And are you ognna be ready for CS3? haha

Looks great, i just have a couple questions id like to ask. i consider myself pretty good with photoshop (cs2), ill even post some chops i did. However, what i can never get right is the text, and the awesome background effects you have for some of the signatures. what tools or functions are you using to create these affects and how are you getting the sick text? bravo on all your work :)

Not bad needs bigger intercooler.... as for the backgrounds....  alot of the simple yet very noticable ones can be done in FILTER at the top select your area and then goto filter and open filter gallery.... thats how he did like the torn paper and stuff and thats how i did the shinny saran wrap looks to mine. Its all about the fine tweaks. One click either way can make it  look super smooth or total hack... Like mine above. Lol but yea i have yet to take a class my self for photoshop just fun to do for projects and my spare time. A quick fix for watere reflections is highlight the area you want goto filter use liquify and then free transform and you can manipulate it too look how u want. Also change the op and fill (transparency).
As for text... after ur sure you got what you want to write just rasterize the text (you cant add or change the letter after... then select it and you can filter it or gradient whatever....
