welcome to the forums, sichko...you can also have a third-party website host your pictures like
www.imageshack.us and link them to the forum....or if youre running windows you can use MS Paint (included with all windows)...just open the file in Paint, at the top click on 'image', then 'stretch/skew' and resize it to whatever ratio you want

While this is a terrible program to use... microsoft's PAINT (comes with all PC's) is a quick and gritty way to resize images.
