Just ordered my 2008 A4 2.0T Quattro.
Now I am sure this has been debated many times, but  I am BRAND NEW to this, so what is the best path to upgrade the car?
I have the money to drop so lets play devil advocate and say i want to spend somewhere between $2500 and $3000. Where do I go?
I think ecu, turbo back, intake?
Any ideas?

APR is great if you have auth. dealer nearby. I'm looking into their 91 chip myself and they have reset on them so when you bring it back to the dealer you can set it to stock. Everyone I've talked to said it's the best bang for the buck on the 2.0t.

well, I'd say get them all, or save a bit more and go KO4.

actually i'd go chip, C/O, wheels, cat-back, TP.

well I am sure I will use a chip. I have heard that Revo does a good job. As far as wheels go..... I will worry about them after all of the performance mods are done. you said something about a C/O and a TP. what are they? and a KO4???

C/O = Coilover suspension
TP = Testpipe, replace the Cat. (it won't pass smog check, but it will give you 20hp/20tp easily)
K04 is a bigger turbo than stock (K03)

Will a test pipe throw a code?

if you get the APR stage2 program, it will disable the code.
Otherwise yes.

Is a diverter valve replacement necessary on a B7 2.0T if you're not planning anything more than a 91 chip? Probably no exhaust or intake either...
