holy sh!t, i forgot about that thing!! i've seen it before a while back, but i must not have been very interested at the time....i'd love a ride in one of those..do you know if they even released them in the US or is it just a euro car? that would probably explain my lack of interest

Speaking of cool cars, i got to drive a 300chemi, like 0 to 60 in around 5sec flat. I will admit, this car had balls, big ones. 345hp and 375ft/pd.

I'm boycotting the *new* 300c's because Herr Chrysler abandoned their traditional naming convention of/for the 300 line.

I refuse to admit how seriously HOT it looks, or the woody I get when ever I aee on on th eroad, AND especially the driver ENVY I experience whenever I'm *forced* to divert my intended course through a parking lot to get a closer look...
The next letter up would have been "N," I believe. Making it the 300N hemi. The only real problem would have been the letter AFTER that... 300O just looks silly...

Chryslers are garbage... I wish they had of gone bankrupt... bothers me that they came so close, and people are giving them a second chance. Absolute worst cars on the planet, if you ask me. Well... there's Yugo... But you get the idea.
EDIT: Oh! And just look at the new Charger, that thing is going to make chrysler fans, hate chrysler. Sweet!

F#%K the new charger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant believe they actually gave that piece of sh!t sedan the charger name...its disgusting.
looks like a beefed out 300c, which incase u dont kno, its a good looking piece of sh!t..

I just hate chrysler... all their cars look the same, I don't know how anybody can swallow it. Oooh lets bring back the Hemi name... hardly the hemi motor... but yeah, everybody is eating it up like candy.
But yeah, the magnum, charger, 300C... sweet jesus, they all look identical.

The *new* hemi engine is, from what I've read, mor of a "pentroof" head design than a "hemisperical" one... So, that isn't even authentic.

presonally... i like the look of the 'charger' but despise the naming of it... it's garbage. chrysler is retarted... absolutely retarded. hemi - yes, bullshit. good engines... but by no means a hemi. 300C... did anyone else notice they already had a 300C in their lineup already? yet this new one isn't a 'new generation'... it's as if the previous car never existed (which would have been all for the better) the magnum... alright, kinda like the look... but why the hell isn't the 'charger' also the magnum? and just have magnum... and magnum wagon... dur...
oh right... because they knew they couldn't sell a chrysler unless they hyped it up in some wierd ass way. i'll hand it to them.... they DID invent the minivan (VW debates aside) but really... that's all they've done in the last 30 years... and inventing the minivan isn't really the greatest achievment you can boost a company on. they suck at retro... and that's pretty much it. the PT Cruiser's alright IMO... but... really nothing i'd ever buy
now ford on the other hand... mustang? Ford GT? (notice how they didn't name it GT40? taking notes chrysler? if it's NOT the same... don't name it the same) thunderbird?... though it's a flop, i liked it. ford just didn't pay enough attention to it and run with it far enough. honestly, IMO, ford's done a wicked thing with their retro lineup. it's not anger inducing... because it's not meaningless resurection. the new thunderbird... looks like a retro redesign of the old one... the new mustang.... is a) a continuation of a very popular nameplate b) looks great c) pays excellent homage to the mustang's history. and woah! here's a concept... come out with a 'shelby'... and have SHELBY work on it! just as he did before. it makes sense! wow!
honestly... i'm with shokington... i have no idea why chrysler is still around. normally... when the company gets labeled with a fault... they fix it (remember fords windstar engines? or that firestone fiasco?) but for how long has chrysler been know to have the worst built transmissions ever... and yet STILL how many minivans have pulled up beside you for you to hear the chrysler transmission click... i can point out a chrysler with my eyes closed.
so yeah.... how about that GT1?

I hate the new charger. U teh hell remakes a great muscle car and makes it a fuking sedan. What an idiot. I know that is more practical but then its not a charger. And its not vene for teenagers any more its for parents and ppl over 30. I thought muscle cars were for young ppl that are buying cars.

I think the magnum looks like some rendition of a hurst... with an optional "Hemi".
I DO however think its funny, that while chrysler is obviously shoveling sh!t down peoples throats... most of the population is eating it glady.
Wait 5 years, when their doors are sagging, and trannys are slipping, and headgaskits are leaking. Go chrysler!
Oh, and the PT cruiser... and lets take the Prowler as well... the prowler had assloads of potential, absolutely original design... but umm... V6? WTF were they thinking!? The PT cruiser could have done with a real motor as well, since it was aimed at an older crowd, what with its hot rod styling... and it has a POS for a motor too (and don't mention the turbo one, that motor is garbage -- SRT4's are grenades)

SO, basically, we pretty much agree that D-C motors sorta has style, but doesn't know what to do wit it. Needs to invest mor in tranny's and mechanicals, putting the right motor in their cars, and pretty mych learning how to get it right right outta tha box?
GM's even WORSE! No class. No style. Not getting NEthing right (GT-ho, for example) If it weren't for GMAC Finance, and "wanna-B-ballers" buyin Escelades, GM'd be worse than Kia.
Ford, as much as it pains me to admit it, seems to be the ONLY one getting it halfway right...
I weep for the future of the "little" three
