RIM SIZE OFFSET questions, please help

so this question has probaby been asked many times but here we go again,

im thinking of buying the rims pictured below in a 19X8

what offset should i use?

k well thanks but looking for exact answer,

according to the posts i should get a 19x8 with a 34 offset? i dont have big brakes an not planning getting them.

any other suggestions or am i right?
