I'm trying to get the chrome piece out so I can get the plastic plate that's under it out (Tip trans), but I'm not having any luck.
I found a write-up by Brrman, but it's not helping much.
Has anyone ever done this before?? Is there anything I'm doing wrong??
I'm trying to do something like this (
