ha i just updated the thread the dealership gave in b/c of all the calls and complaints thread junkies (and i say thread junkies in a positive way) have made.  They are selling him the car at 60k with some certain conditions (not listed yet).  a brand new 2008 M3 for 60k FTMFW.  Anyway it is really cool to see the power of the internet and that so many strangers have your back if it comes down to it.

Awesome, he got his car. It's pretty crazy/badass to see how many people's hearts went out for this guy and refused to sit idly by and watch him get screwed over. Everyone from 16 year old gamers to lawyers in different state!

Damn that thread blew up fast! 35 pages in a matter of days...

If I was in his situation, I would be absolutely infuriated. That buyer was absolutely entitled to that car.

Overall, I'm glad to see things went his way and hopefully he will have his new car soon.

What a nice sedan!

Its good to see that the right thing is going to happen.  Too many times we see big businesses thinking they bully around the consumer for something they are responsible for.

I looked at the BBB link; very sad.

He doesn't have the car yet, he has to go to the dealer and then they will tell him about the conditions.

Hopefully everything works out great in the end.

He doesn't have to go to the dealer, his lawyer and the dealership are still in talks. Other than that, he pretty much has the car wrapped up.
