I almost bought an E46 M3 but went with the B6 S4 and I think it was a much better choice. More luxurious and more versatile. Almost as fast in a straight line and I definately would not be afraid to compete against an M3 on the twisties. I test drove both before making a choice and I suggest you do the same. That being said... mine is for sale!

The damage? To tell you the truth I haven't figured out what the "damage" is. If I sell it I'll probably only be looking to get what I bought it for. With the mod list I would think it would pull at least 15,000.

True dat. I just got a new set of stands that help me feel a little more comfortable under the car. If I can't find the problem I'm going to take it in. I was kind of talking price assuming there was no substantial damage. As far as the bumper goes i'm just going to leave it. I can't get that fixed and still sell it for next to nothing. By the way what is the right price?

So after talking with Autos of Europe for a while they said that they could bring me up to stage 3 (parts included) for about 6700. Thats not too bad considering the estimated labor is 32 hours. Now I really don't know what I'm going to do. Taking the s4 there Tuesday to take a look at their shop and have them see what may have caused the small fire.
