Okay not for me cuz I think its dumb....but my buddy has a 3.4 liter V6 1995 camaro and he wants to put one of those sts turbo in the exhuast set ups.  I told him just do a normal forced induction set up on his car but he says teh sts is better.  I think its garbage, what say you guy?

well if its what i think it is then the turbo is at the back of the car. what happens when the turbo gets red hot and he drives in teh rain??? wont the turbo crack? and lag would be a bitch because the ic piping is so long to get back to teh motor. also what do you do about supplying the turbo with oil.

An ex-coworker's boyfriend has a shop and installs STS system. He told me that this system actually gives really good numbers, but pricey, and can get even very pricey with higher set ups(higher boost program, bigger injectors).

the sts systems actually dont have much lag at all, but they are easily damaged and dont put out that much power. they are a good option if you have nowhere to fit a turbo in the engine bay, but if you can sts shouldn't even be a thought.

They dont have terrible lag as stated before and in most cases there isnt a hug demand for a IC because the piping is long enough to cool it off. Good idea and system just not for me, im not a big fan of NA cars going FI just because i see and hear so many horror stories of sinking the whole ship.
