Yes, you will get gains from it
HOWEVER, you probably and most likely need a reflash of your ECU since the downpipe will use a different type of cat. When I installed the TBE on my car without the stage II flash I got multiple check engine lights whenenver I floored it.

Yeah, I'm installing that after I chipped it, and I think I'm going with REVO stage II.
