Tint 35% or 20%

I have a silver Audi. I was debating between 20% all around or 35% all around. Then again I think with 20% it'll look too dark. I'm trying to keep a clean look for my car. I don't want 20% on the rear and 35% on the fronts. I just want it consistent.

To be honest, I've got 20% onyx on the front windows and 35% on the rear windshield and rear passenger windows, but they look IDENTICAL! The 25 comes off as looking as dark as the 20 because of how little light makes it to the back windows due to the headrests on the front seats, and with the roof in the back coming back so far. 20% does'nt look to dark at all depending on what color your interior is.... if its black its def gonna look darker

id do 20% its not too dark, and will definately look alot better

me and my gf just gad 20% done  and it looks great and its not that dark from the inside  it made the car look way better

My pics in my car domain might show you a little. I run 35% on all windows but windshield.

35% on mine and it looks amazing. Only one complaint if you do alot of night driving out of the city its a major pain in the tail. The above looks the same just the rims are better on bustanut's.

bustanuts looks more like double limo (2.5%) either that was choped or it was super overcast on the day of that pic..... cus i have 5% and its nowhere near that dark

I {think} i've got 35% on fronts, 20% on rear passenger, and limo on the rear windshield.  It blends together very nicely, and ends up making the front windows look darker than they are.

Looks great guys thanks! I like all your cars they look good! Being in Vegas it'll get hot in the summer. I might do 35% all around or might just stick with 20% rear and 35% fronts.

I would say if you got or planning on getting black rims go 10% otherwise I think 20% on all windows would looke clean

I'm going with hyper silver or gunmetal. I'm not sure yet. I was thinking of doing 20% all around but I'm scared it'll look too dark. I want it clean. It's hot here in VEGAS!

dude i got 10 percent on my white a4 ultrasport and it doesnt even look that dark. since the car iteself isnt dark it will look lighter. Now... if the car was black with matching black interior, it would look a lot darker! I have both 10 percent on my white a4 1.8 and also on my black a4 3.0.
 
and like i said... it looks like my 3.0 has 4 percent tint because of my cars complection. 20 percent on your car would be pretty light.

I always do 20% on my rear windows for all my cars.  BMW 323i ,  civic.
I love the result.

Now im going for 20% on my 5 rear windows A4.

just dont be dissapointed when that 20% ends up lighter than you thought and you're still feeling the heat. ......trust me

id love to put 20 % on mine but the legal limint here in new york is 70 FUTHER MUCKIN PERCENT!!!!!!!!

I went with 35% all around and I'm relatively happy with it. The only reason I didn't go darker is because I didn't want to be getting pulled over just because of the tints. If you aren't worried about being hassled by the cops or the laws allow 20% i would say go for it. I like 35% and I think it looks pretty classy but its just not quite as dark as I might like. Anyways thats my opinion, btw I'm in the left on my sig, you cant really see the tints at all but yeaa..

yeah its good ole new york state for yah... you can have darker than that on the rear window, im not sure about the back door windows, i think it states that you can only have 70% in the front so its not too dark where you cannot see out of your sideview mirrors?? but oh well i will have to find out for sure, and go legal in the front then darker in the back

if you have a silver exterior i would go for the 20% and it should pretty sharp. my car is yellow with black inside and i have 20 on the back and 35 on front and it looks much darker than it is.
