I'll trade you either a 1993 honda civic 2 dr, 5sp, with 130K and new brakes & tuneup
or a 1994 ford Tbird, 4.6L v8, auto w shift kit, cobra R hood, 96+ headlights and clear corners, with sweet pioneer soundsystem.

Yeah, I was joking...pretty sure you're confusing E46 with an E-Class AMG, though.
E46 is the fourth generation BMW 3 Series.

I am just testing the waters to see what kind of a nice stock newer car somone might be willing to trade. I'd like just to have something newer. And if no one has a decent trade they want to do I have no problem keeping the car and getting the couple of things fixed.

Haha, actually there is a guy with a 2004 A4 6-speed USP that is looking to trade.
You have a nice looking car man, but in terms of cars I would trade for, a 2.8 would be the last on the list. Sorry man....
