Hey guys, my audi is still broken down and im fixing to buy another transmission for it, does anyone know what the difference between the codes on these trannys, or is there a website that gives you this info, the one that i had in my car was a DWM and the one im looking at is a DJR... the guy wants 600 shipped to my house, it was pulled out of a wrecked a4 that had the same engine and transmission setup 2.8 V6 Quattro 5-speed mt... any help???

Doesn't matter, it will bolt up if its a 5 speed.

All the tranny plugs are the same as long its the tranny with the same body style (B5 ect.) but yours in a manual so there isn't any wires going to it anyway.
You could even use a 2.8L 5 speed and it would work fine.
Hell, a tranny from an early 90's audi 90 would bolt right up.
