the pic of the A6 looks identical to mine now with its winter boots on.
There is someone in my city selling a refinished set of TT wheels in the same size as mine and I was thinking about putting them on my car with its summer tires.
Could someone kindly photoshop the TT wheels onto the silver A6? Thanks in advance. [;)

hey thanks for that jp and I can see where you're coming from looking at the wheels on your car. I agree after seeing the photoshop that they don't do that much for the look to justify the expense. My favourites are on the RS6 below, but, I haven't seen anybody in my city giving theirs away yet.

I love the car! Mine is an '01 2.7, Tip, with the Audi factory 17" sport wheels. If I could have found such a thing, I would have bought a silver, black leather, wide body, 2.7 sport with a 6 speed, but, when you're buying used you can't custom create unless you've got an unlimited budget. I had looked at quite a few used ones that all needed lots of work. I bought mine from the original owner, with a full, local service history, all original silver paint, black leather interior in great shape, everything working properly, no leaks and only 39,000 miles. I was so happy just to find a well looked after one that I figured if I waited for one with exactly everything I wanted, I'd either have to travel clear across Canada to find it or else pay an exhorbitant price or both.

I'm not a racer, so I find it plenty fast enough for me, especially when the turbos kick in. Mine doesn't have the sport suspension, so it's not quite as stiff on cornering as it could be, but, it isn't bad at all. The AWD with snows on in winter is fantastic and I don't have to drive something that looks like an SUV or a Subie with a hood scoop (apologies to WRX owners with clothes drying rear wing). The A6 has an amazing amount of trunk room plus the fold down rear seats too, so we're talking Saab like storage, but, with gorgeous sedan styling.

And one of the least mentioned features of the A6...the nighttime interior lighting of all the controls on the dash, roof console, doors, etc. Reminds me very much of an airline cockpit. I had not driven an A6 at night until I bought mine and the first time I was in the car at night I was totally impressed.

Did I say I'm a big fan of this car?
