Two questions that are a little different from eachother...

Alright,
So I am a college student, new to the forum, dual major, in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.  Im new to the forum, so for my questions.  First, Im looking to get a lowering kit for my car.  Its a 1996 Audi A4 2.8 non quattro.  If anyone has any suggestions for me, please let me know.  Keep in mind im a college student meaning im poor, but tell me whats good.  Secondly, I have been looking at the Methanol kits online, but I havent ever seen one for a non turbo car.  Is that something that can be done?  Any feed back is appreciated.
