Uh... Will some one translate?

I'm new to all this, and was wondering if some one would help me out with the vocab... Stuff like an
adjustable FPR, FMIC, MBC, AFPR, TIP, MAF, and whatever else you guys think i might run into on this website. ANY imput will help because i know nothing. LOL Obviously!

Top of my head right now:
 
Adjustable FPR/AFPR: Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
 
FMIC: Front Mounted Intercooler
 
MBC: Manual Boost Controler
 
TIP: Tiptronic transmission
 
MAF: Mass Air Flow
