HELP
Currently driving an A4 Sline Special Edition 170 PS
Need to hit the slopes and need some winter tyres.
Current wheel & Tyre size
235/40 ZR 18 95Y
Problem is I need some winter rims.
Strugling to get the information from my dealer.
Really need to find out what size rims I need to buy to enable clearance of brake discs, Snow Tyres & Chains.
Can anyone help.
Wheel & Tyre size?
Prefered tyre manufacturer?
Only 3 weeks left, please please help

I've had good experiences with Nokian tires (or tyres as you would say in the UK). They are company from Finland, so they know snow. Check out their website
www.nokiantyres.com and I'm sure you'll find a good match. As far as wheel size, I don't know. You could probably get the WR in stock size. It's an "all weather" tire that is really good in the snow and ok in ice. That way, you don't need new rims, you just have to swap out tires for the winter and then back again in the spring.

my car came stock with pirelli 4 season tires and they're awesome. good traction on ice and snow.
